Import payment terms from Xero
Bring your Xero payment terms into InventaHQ and set them on contacts linked to Xero.
Before you start
- Xero must be connected.
- You need to be an Administrator.
Go to Settings → Integrations → Xero.
Under Payment terms, click Import from Xero.
Click Import payment terms. InventaHQ:
- adds each Xero payment term to your Payment Terms list,
- sets the terms on contacts that are already linked to Xero.
You'll see how many terms were added and how many contacts were updated.
Good to know: contacts you import from Xero later get their payment terms automatically. See Set up payment terms and due dates.
