Choose which alerts appear under the bell
Get alerts about low stock and about late sales orders, purchase orders and transfers.
Alerts are off until an administrator turns them on.
Go to Settings → Notifications.
Alert When it shows Low stock A product is below its Min Stock Alert level. Overdue sales orders An open sales order is past its delivery date. Late purchase orders A purchase order hasn't arrived by its expected delivery date. Overdue transfers A transfer hasn't been completed by its expected date. For overdue and late orders, set:
- Send an alert when overdue by (days),
- Make it critical when overdue by (days). This must be the same or more than the first.
The bell at the top of every page shows your alerts. Click one to open the product or order. Click Mark all read to clear them.
