Getting started
Sign in and reset your password
Sign in, stay signed in on your own device, and get back in if you forget your password.
Go to app.inventahq.com.
Enter your email address and password.
- Remember me ticked: you stay signed in on this device, and your email is filled in next time.
- Not ticked: you're signed out when you close the browser. Use this on shared computers.
Click Sign in.
Good to know: your organisation may sign you out after a period of inactivity. See Security settings.
Forgot your password
- On the sign-in page, click Forgot password?
- Enter your email address and send the reset link.
- Open the email and click the link. Choose a new password.
The link expires after 15 minutes, so use it straight away. If your organisation has a password policy, your new password must meet it.
Change your password while signed in
Click your name at the top right, choose Profile, then click Reset password. We'll email you a link to set a new one.
Still can't get in?
- Check you're using the email address your invitation was sent to.
- If you never set a password, ask an administrator to resend your invitation from Settings → Users → Manage user → Resend invite.
- If your organisation limits sign-in to certain networks, you can only sign in from those. Ask your administrator.
