Set up price levels and quantity breaks
Sell at different prices to different customers, and give lower prices for larger quantities.
Price levels let you keep more than one price for a product, such as Retail, Wholesale and Distributor.
Go to Settings → Products → Price Levels and click Add Level for each one. Click Set default to choose the level used when a customer has none.
Open a product and go to Price Levels. Enter a price for each level.
Click + to add a quantity break. The price applies from its From Qty upwards.
For example: 1+ at $10.00, 10+ at $9.00, 50+ at $8.00.
Open the customer in Contacts and choose their Price Tier. Their sales orders use prices from that level.
You can also change the Price Level on a single sales order.
Good to know: changing prices and discounts on an order needs the Edit orders permission.
