Import and export products
Load your products from a CSV file, or download all your products as a spreadsheet.
Go to Products, click Import Products, then Download Sample Template.
Add one product per row. Product # (SKU) and Product Name are required. Fill in any other columns you need, such as type, prices, units of measure and tax rates.
Save the file as CSV.
Drag the file onto Drop CSV file here, or browse for it. Tick Skip duplicates if you don't want rows that match existing products to change them.
If something's wrong, you'll see Please fix the following errors before importing, with the row numbers. Fix the file and upload it again.
You'll see Import Complete when it's done. New products have no stock yet. Add your opening stock with a stocktake. See Run a stocktake.
Export your products
Click Export Products to download all your products as a CSV file.
Good to know: to import the items inside kits, use the kit import instead. See Import kits from a CSV file.
