Receive several orders at once with Auto Receive
Receive every outstanding item on several purchase orders in one click.
Use Auto Receive when whole deliveries have arrived and you don't need to check each line.
Before you start
- You need the Receive stock permission.
- Auto Receive doesn't work for orders with serial, batch or expiry-tracked products. Receive those from the order so you can enter the details.
Go to Purchases and tick the orders that have arrived.
Click Auto Receive in the bar that appears. Only Open and Partially Received orders are included. Any others you selected are skipped.
Check the number of orders and confirm. For each order, InventaHQ:
- receives everything still outstanding into its Deliver To location (not into a bin),
- closes the order.
