Kits & Bundles settings
Choose whether a kit's items show on orders, what prints on each document, and whether to show virtual stock.
Before you start
You need the Manage company settings permission.
Go to Settings → Kits & Bundles.
Under Show the items inside a kit on…, turn each on or off:
- Sales orders
- Purchase orders
- Transfers
On: adding a kit also adds a line for each item, which you can change per order. Off: the order shows the kit line only. Stock still moves for the items.
All three are on to start with.
Under Printed documents, choose what each document shows for a kit:
Option What prints Kit only Just the kit line. Kit and its items The kit, with its items below it in italics and indented. Items only Just the items. To start with, the Invoice and Purchase order show the kit only. The Pick list, Packing list and Transfer show the items only, so whoever packs knows what to take.
Click Reset to defaults to go back to these.
Turn on Show virtual stock for kits to see how many kits you could make right now. See See how many kits you can make.
