Sales
Print pick lists, packing lists, invoices and quotes
Print the documents for a sales order, and choose what appears on them.
Go to Sales and open the order.
Click Actions → Print, then choose:
- Pick List — what to take from the shelves, with bins, batches and serial numbers.
- Packing List — what's in the box, to send with the goods.
- Invoice (or Quote for a quote) — for the customer.
You can print the pick list at any stage, even after the order has shipped.
The print window opens. Print it, or choose Save as PDF.
Print for several orders at once
On the Sales list, tick the orders and click Print. Choose:
- Print Pick List — one page per order,
- Print Consolidated Pick List — one list for all orders, grouped by order or by product, so you visit each bin once,
- packing lists or invoices for the selected orders.
Choose what appears on each document
- Go to Settings → Sales → Sales Documents.
- Click Pick List, Packing List or Invoice.
- Turn each part on or off. Save.
You can show or hide your logo, business details, addresses, barcodes, columns, totals, signature lines and notes.
Show shipping and tracking details
These are off to start with. Turn them on if you need them:
| Document | Options |
|---|---|
| Invoice | Carrier, Shipping method, Service, Tracking number, and the Serial numbers, Batch and Expiry columns. |
| Packing List | Carrier, Shipping method & service, Tracking number, and the Batch, Serial and Expiry columns. |
Invoice settings
On the Invoice, you can also set:
- Invoice number prefix — for example INV- gives INV-0005 for order SO-0005,
- Payment details — your bank, account name and account number,
- Notes on every invoice — such as how to pay.
Good to know: each document has its own permission — Print pick lists, Print packing lists and Print invoices and quotes. Kits print the way you choose in Settings → Kits & Bundles.
